  新しくてオシャレなホテル

  ウエルカムスイーツとアイス食べ放題が嬉しい。温泉ならなお良かった。朝食ビュッフェでシャトレーゼのケーキが楽しめる。

  good stay for families

  The hotel is just 5 mins walk from Nagano station. The staff were very good and tried their best to honor all our requests. The rooms were clean and large and odor free. The A/C was fixed at 23...

  Not recommended. Hotel is 10 mins walk from shopping centre, train station and no restaurants nearby. A bit out of the way and is a bit old.
